We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team at Tech Commander Repairs, a mobile electronics repair business based in Orlando, FL. Your role is NOT booking appointments directly — instead, you'll be the first point of contact for new followers and inbound messages, qualifying interest, confirming service area, providing repair quotes, and sending our booking link so the customer books themselves. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and good at building quick rapport over chat, this is a great work-from-home opportunity with base pay plus commission on verified bookings. Responsibilities: -Respond to new followers and inbound DMs/messages across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok -Confirm the lead is within our Orlando-area mobile service radius -Ask qualifying questions about the device and issue (PS5, Xbox, Switch, iPhone, iPad, computer) -Provide an accurate repair quote using our pricing reference sheet -Generate a unique quote reference code for each lead and instruct them to enter it when booking -Send the Square booking link as the final step once the lead is qualified and quoted -Log every conversation in the lead tracker (name, handle/phone, device/issue, quote given, date link sent, reference code) -Follow up once with leads who haven't booked within 48 hours -Meet daily and weekly outreach/response targets -Flag any recurring objections or drop-off points so we can improve the quoting script Requirements: -Excellent written English (near-native level) Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Organized and consistent with logging/tracking — this role lives and dies on accurate records -Reliable internet connection and home office setup -Able to work during U.S. Eastern business hours (Mon–Sat) Why Join Us: Work from home, earn in USD -Straightforward role — no cold closing, no pressure to "close" anyone -Long-term opportunity for someone who's sharp with follow-up and record-keeping How to Apply: Send your application with: 1.
