Remote Customer Success & Sales Development Rep (JobTread & GoHighLevel Expert) – Real Estate/Construction Job Description: We are a fast-growing, top-tier home services group based in Tampa, FL, operating two premium brands: 7 Days New Roof (7DNR) and 7 Diamond Builders (7DB). We pride ourselves on world-class craftsmanship and an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a highly motivated, fluent English-speaking Customer Success & Sales Development Representative to join our team. You will be the central heartbeat of our customer communication, managing everything from initial inbound interest to post-project review collection. This is a fast-paced, high-accountability role where your performance directly impacts our growth. You will live inside our two primary software platforms: JobTread (for project management) and GoHighLevel (for marketing and communication). Key Responsibilities & Weekly KPIs: Inbound Lead Management: Immediately respond to and qualify all incoming leads across both brands via phone, text, and email inside GoHighLevel. Appointment Setting (KPI: 20–40 Booked Appointments/Week): Schedule qualified consultations, roof inspections, and remodeling walkthroughs into our sales team's calendars. Sales Conversion (KPI: Minimum 4 Closed Deals/Week): Nurture leads through the pipeline and assist in closing/re-engaging opportunities to hit our weekly sales targets. Proactive Client Updates: Monitor project stages inside JobTread daily. Call and message existing clients with proactive updates regarding material deliveries, building permits, and scheduling or weather delays. (No "communication black holes" allowed!) Reputation Management (KPI: 10 Verified 5-Star Reviews/Week): Follow up with happy customers immediately upon project completion to secure verified 5-star reviews on Google and Facebook. Requirements: Flawless English Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence (little to no background noise). Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and JobTread (or similar construction CRMs like JobNimbus/AccuLynx) is highly preferred. Home Services Experience: Prior experience working with a US-based roofing, solar, or remodeling contractor is a massive plus. Schedule: Must be able to work full-time during US Eastern Time (EST) business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). Tech Setup: High-speed, reliable internet connection with a backup power solution (UPS) and a high-quality noise-canceling headset. What We Offer: Competitive hourly base pay based on experience.
