This is a three-part submission — all three parts must be in your first message. -Part 1 – Written Answers Start your proposal with: "Driver Recruiter – Upwork" or you will not be considered. Then briefly answer: .Describe any recruiting / sales / call center experience you have. .What CRMs have you used (if any)? .How many hours per week can you work during U.S. school-day hours? -Part 2 – 2–3 Minute Video or Voice Note Record a 2–3 minute video or voice note (Loom, Zoom recording, or similar) in English. Start with your name, country, and time zone, then answer all five questions: .Describe your experience in roles where you had to make a high number of calls or messages each day. What were your daily targets, and what results did you usually hit? .What is your availability in U.S. school-day hours (CST)? List the exact days and time ranges you can work each week. .Tell us about a time you had to follow a strict script or process at work. What was the process, and how did you make sure you followed it every day? .This role involves repeating the same types of calls and messages all day. How do you personally stay focused and motivated doing repetitive work? .Why are you specifically interested in recruiting drivers for student transportation instead of general recruiting or rideshare roles? Include the link to your recording in your proposal. If we cannot clearly understand your English in the recording, we will not be able to move forward. -Part 3 – PrinciplesYou Personality Assessment Complete the Ray Dalio "PrinciplesYou" personality test (Google: Ray Dalio PrinciplesYou test). Take the full assessment. When finished, include either the PDF of your results or the shareable link to your results in your proposal. What happens after you apply: Applications with all three parts → reviewed within 1–2 business days → Final Interview.
