Role Overview: Are you a highly fluent English speaker with exceptional listening skills and a passion for enabling others to enhance their communication abilities? We are seeking confident individuals with strong analytical and communication capabilities to participate in simulated call sessions designed to improve spoken English proficiency in professional settings. Key Responsibilities: Participate in live or recorded simulated calls as a fluent English speaker. Evaluate participants’ spoken English based on fluency, clarity, pronunciation, and overall communication effectiveness. Provide structured, actionable, and constructive feedback to support ongoing improvement. Assist learners in building confidence and competence in both workplace and everyday conversational English. Candidate Profile: Near-native or highly proficient English fluency, preferably with a US/UK accent. Excellent listening skills with the ability to assess and interpret spoken communication. Clear, supportive, and professional communication style. Prior experience in language coaching, training, or evaluation is advantageous but not mandatory. Preferred Qualifications: Background in communication coaching, language training, or linguistic assessment. Strong interest in language development and continuous learning.
