Our systems help businesses recover revenue they are already losing through missed calls, slow lead response, unapproved estimates, abandoned inquiries, appointment cancellations, and inconsistent follow-up. This is not a generic website offer or a complicated custom consulting service. The product is straightforward, easy to demonstrate, and tied directly to measurable business outcomes such as more booked appointments, more recovered leads, and more closed estimates. You will control the entire sales process from first contact through signed client. What You Will Sell The primary offer is an AI Lead Rescue and Booking System for businesses such as: * HVAC companies * Plumbing companies * Electricians * Roofers * Restoration companies * Remodelers * Garage-door companies * Landscapers * Other appointment- and estimate-driven businesses The system may include: * Missed-call text-back * AI website chatbot * Lead qualification * Appointment booking * Automated SMS and email follow-up * Estimate follow-up * Customer reactivation * Review and referral requests * Lead and revenue reporting Typical client pricing ranges from $697 to $1,500 per month, plus an implementation fee. One closed client can generate several hundred dollars in commission, with additional recurring income while the account remains active. Your Responsibilities You will own the full sales cycle. This includes: * Building and organizing targeted prospect lists * Researching local businesses before outreach * Making outbound cold calls * Sending personalized follow-up emails and messages * Starting conversations with business owners and decision-makers * Identifying missed-call, lead-response, booking, and estimate-follow-up problems * Qualifying prospects based on lead volume, job value, and operational fit * Booking and conducting sales demonstrations * Presenting the system clearly and confidently * Handling objections involving price, trust, technology, contracts, and implementation * Following up with prospects who do not close immediately * Closing new accounts and collecting onboarding payments * Maintaining accurate CRM records * Coordinating a clean handoff to the fulfillment team You will not be responsible for building the systems, configuring automations, managing technical support, or servicing accounts after onboarding. The system can also be demonstrated before the client commits, making the offer more tangible than traditional agency services. Preferred Experience Relevant backgrounds include: * B2B cold calling * SaaS sales * Agency sales * Digital marketing sales * Appointment setting * Home-service sales * Local business sales * CRM or automation sales * Lead-generation sales * High-ticket remote closing Experience with HighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar systems is helpful but not required. Compensation This is a commission-based independent-contractor role with uncapped earning potential. Standard Commission Structure * 10% of collected implementation fees * 25% of the first collected monthly payment * 3% recurring commission for six months on active accounts * Performance bonuses for monthly sales targets * Increased commission tiers for consistent performers * No cap on the number of accounts you can close Example Commission A client signs at: * $1,000 implementation fee * $697 monthly service Your commission would be: * $100 from the implementation fee * $174.25 from the first monthly payment * $20.91 per month in recurring commission for six months Total potential commission from one account: approximately $400. Closing five similar clients in a month would produce approximately $2,000 in total potential commission, before performance bonuses. Closing ten clients would produce approximately $4,000 in total potential commission, with recurring commissions continuing to accumulate from active accounts. Higher-priced packages produce higher commissions. Commission is paid on successfully collected and non-refunded revenue. Full compensation terms will be provided before onboarding. Performance Expectations You will be expected to: * Maintain a consistent daily outbound-call volume * Add qualified prospects to the pipeline each week * Complete all scheduled follow-up * Book qualified demonstrations * Conduct professional sales calls * Maintain accurate CRM records * Meet agreed monthly sales targets * Attend coaching and sales-review sessions * Accurately represent the product * Avoid unauthorized guarantees, discounts, or technical promises Performance will be measured using: * Outbound activity * Conversations with decision-makers * Qualified appointments booked * Demonstrations completed * Close rate * Collected revenue * Follow-up conversion * Refund and cancellation rate * CRM accuracy * Call quality Daily Activity Targets Initial targets may include: * 75 to 100 outbound calls per day * 10 to 20 decision-maker conversations per day * 3 to 5 qualified demonstrations booked per week * Consistent email and SMS follow-up * Daily CRM updates * Weekly pipeline review Targets may be adjusted based on list quality, niche, sales cycle, and performance.
