About us We're a Chinese-Australian property management firm in Brisbane, managing a large portfolio of local residential properties and growing fast. Almost all our landlords are Chinese investors who live here in Australia — they have jobs, families and lives, and they trust us to take the hassle off their plate and protect their returns. Our team is predominantly Mandarin-speaking, end to end — that's our edge. What you'll do You'll be the landlord's most trusted point of contact, and grow into a core part of our leasing and operations. You'll start out focused on communication, coordination and supporting decisions; as you learn the Australian market, you'll take on more of the judgement calls yourself: Landlord relationship management (WeChat, phone, email — Mandarin primary): regular check-ins, maintenance updates, monthly statement explanations Full leasing pipeline: handle rental enquiries from REA and other portals, book inspections, screen applications, coordinate signing and move-in Lease renewals: track expiries across the whole portfolio, send renewal offers, chase signatures, and propose renewal and rent recommendations Recommend rent pricing and tenant-approval decisions for team sign-off — with more of these handed to you over time as you prove out Routine inspections & compliance: schedule inspections, issue entry notices, follow up inspection reports; track smoke-alarm, pool-safety and landlord-insurance renewals plus water compliance/invoicing Admin & data: process and chase invoices, coordinate bond lodgement and refunds, keep our systems in sync, handle utility changeovers Chinese social media & content creation: plan, write and publish our Chinese social content (Xiaohongshu / WeChat / Douyin) to attract and nurture prospective landlords Communicate with tenants and tradespeople entirely in English (phone + email) — tenant contact is regular and almost entirely in English; you'll handle calls and emails on your own Who we're looking for Native Mandarin speaker — warm, patient, easy to deal with Very strong English — our most important requirement. Nearly all tenant communication is in English. You must be confident and natural on the phone with clear, professional written English too 2+ years in sales, customer service, client relationship, or admin A strong communicator who genuinely enjoys talking to people and solving problems A fast learner who's tech- and AI-savvy Strong social-media skills + content-creation ability (hard requirement) — proficient with the main Chinese platforms (Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Douyin) and able to independently plan, write and publish Chinese content (posts and short video) Comfortable working in WeChat; we train all other systems Reliable internet and a quiet home-office setup Able to work Brisbane business hours: Beijing time 7:00am – 4:00pm (a standard 8-hour day plus lunch; = Brisbane 9am–6pm) Bonus (not required): Australian / overseas property management or leasing experience, experience with Chinese clients — relevant experience means a faster path to owning rent pricing and tenant approvals What we offer 100% remote, work from home Long-term, stable full-time role (not project-based) — we want someone for 1–3+ years; 3-month probation Full onboarding training — we teach you Australian property management from scratch A clear growth path: start by supporting communication and rent recommendations, and grow into independently owning leasing, renewals and tenant approvals as the company scales How to apply (all four required) Resume (Chinese or English) A ~60-second self-introduction voice recording, in both languages: In Chinese: briefly introduce your customer service / client relationship experience In English: tell us about a difficult customer or tricky situation you handled, and how you solved it Expected monthly salary + earliest start date, and confirm you can commit long-term to Beijing time 7:00am–4:00pm Content samples — examples of Chinese social content you've created, or links to accounts you've run (Xiaohongshu / WeChat / Douyin)
