Job Title: Remote Helpdesk Support Specialist - MSP Clients Location: Remote (Ideally located in or close to US Eastern Timezone) Job Type: Full-Time Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Are you experienced in supporting MSP clients and possess expertise in Microsoft technologies, Microsoft 365, Citrix, and troubleshooting applications? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Remote Helpdesk Support Specialist. Responsibilities: Provide remote technical assistance to MSP clients, resolving their IT-related issues promptly and effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to Microsoft technologies, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and Citrix environments. Respond to support tickets, emails, and phone calls from clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their issues. Collaborate with team members and escalate complex problems to senior technicians or engineers when necessary. Document support activities, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system for future reference. Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements, Microsoft updates, and industry trends to provide proactive support to clients. Requirements: Fluent English language skills (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with clients. Proven experience in supporting MSP clients and troubleshooting various applications. Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and Citrix environments. Microsoft or CompTIA certifications, such as MCP, MCSA, MCSE, A+, or Network+, are highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering outstanding client satisfaction. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a remote team. Availability to work during US Eastern Timezone business hours.
