Remote Immigration Paralegal – Bilingual Spanish/English

We are seeking a reliable and organized Remote Immigration Paralegal to support our immigration law practice. Responsibilities include: - Preparing immigration forms, applications, petitions, and supporting documents - Communicating with clients to collect information and evidence - Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness - Preparing filing packets and responding to case-related correspondence - Tracking deadlines, appointments, biometrics, interviews, and case updates - Maintaining organized electronic case files and detailed notes - Providing general administrative and legal support to attorneys and paralegals Qualifications: - Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English - Immigration law experience is preferred - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines - Comfortable using online systems and working independently - Experience with USCIS filings and case-management software is a plus This is a remote position.
