Remote Mitigation Estimator (Xactimate) for Restoration Company

We are a property restoration company handling water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation, and we are hiring a full time remote estimator to be our dedicated estimating engine. We handle all field work and documentation. You convert it into accurate, carrier-compliant estimates ready for submission. This is high volume, ongoing work for the right person. We run 15+ mitigation estimates per week and need someone who can keep pace consistently without sacrificing accuracy. We are looking to build a long term relationship, not fill a one-off project. What you will receive for each job: Matterport or DocuSketch scans, moisture and drying logs, field photos, and scope sheets. What you deliver: a clean, defensible estimate that matches the documented scope and holds up to carrier review.
