Remote Multilingual Outreach Callers — Independent Contractor A confidential organization is seeking professional multilingual contractors for remote, phone-based outreach. We are hiring contractors for multiple language assignments. Applicants are not required to speak every language listed. Candidates must be professionally fluent in English and at least one of the listed languages. The contractor will follow a provided call script, communicate the purpose of the outreach, ask structured questions, document the result of each conversation, and identify contacts who may be appropriate for additional follow-up by another representative. This is primarily a calling, communication, and documentation role. It is not an in-person position and does not require the contractor to close agreements. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls in English and the assigned language • Communicate professionally with business owners and decision-makers • Follow approved call scripts, talking points, and outreach procedures • Explain the purpose of the call clearly and accurately • Ask required questions and gather relevant information • Listen carefully and respond appropriately during conversations • Identify interested contacts or those requesting additional information • Arrange callbacks or follow-up conversations when appropriate • Record complete and accurate call notes • Select the correct disposition after every call • Complete assigned callbacks and follow-up outreach • Escalate questions or situations that require additional review • Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professional conduct Call Dispositions May Include • Contact reached • Decision-maker reached • Interested in additional information • Follow-up requested • Callback requested • Referred to another contact • Decision-maker unavailable • Voicemail left • No answer • Wrong number or contact • Language mismatch • Not interested • Business no longer operating • Additional review required Required Qualifications • Professional fluency in English • Professional fluency in at least one listed language • Previous experience calling or speaking with people professionally in that language • Clear, confident, and courteous phone communication • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers • Ability to follow a structured script while sounding natural • Strong listening and conversational skills • Accurate note-taking and data-entry ability • Dependable, organized, and responsive • Able to work independently in a remote environment • Comfortable using online calling, tracking, and communication systems Preferred Experience Relevant experience may include: • Outbound calling • Telephone outreach • Call-center work • Customer service • Survey calling • Lead outreach • Business-to-business communication • Community or language-based outreach • Telephone interpretation • Sales-support calling • Follow-up and callback campaigns Direct appointment-setting or sales experience is helpful but not required. Equipment Requirements Contractors must have: • A reliable computer • Stable high-speed internet • A working headset with a clear microphone • A quiet and professional calling environment • Reliable access to email and online communication tools Applicants for the American Sign Language assignment must have reliable video capability, including a working camera, appropriate lighting, and a professional background.
