Remote Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

We are a Florida plaintiff-side law firm focused primarily on personal injury matters. We are seeking a Remote Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to help manage personal injury cases once they move into litigation. This is a hands-on role for someone with meaningful personal injury litigation experience who can help keep cases moving, stay on top of deadlines, and support the attorney throughout the litigation process. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling the day-to-day demands of PI litigation in a fast-paced remote environment. Position Summary The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for supporting the attorney in the handling of personal injury cases in litigation, from filing through discovery, case management, and pre-trial preparation. This role is for someone who understands litigation workflow, can manage deadlines carefully, and can work independently while maintaining accuracy and strong communication. Responsibilities Support the attorney in handling plaintiff personal injury cases in litigation. Draft and prepare complaints, summonses, notices, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and other litigation documents from templates and attorney direction. Assist with e-filing preparation and filing support. Maintain litigation calendars and track filing deadlines, discovery deadlines, hearing dates, mediation deadlines, and follow-up dates. Draft written discovery and assist with discovery responses Organize and maintain litigation files, exhibits, medical records, bills, and supporting case documents. Coordinate subpoenas, records requests, and document collection. Prepare materials for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial preparation. Communicate with clients regarding litigation status under attorney supervision. Keep MyCase, Google Drive, and internal trackers updated accurately. Identify missing items in the file and proactively follow up to keep cases moving. Required Qualifications Prior experience handling personal injury cases in litigation Strong understanding of litigation deadlines, workflow, and file management. Experience drafting litigation documents and written discovery Strong written and verbal English communication skills Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting Comfort working with case management systems, PDFs, shared drives, and document templates Preferred Qualifications Experience in Florida plaintiff-side personal injury litigation Bilingual in English and Spanish.
