Remote Recruitment Manager – Spanish Speaking

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking virtual assistant to help manage the recruitment and onboarding of remote sales representatives across Latin America. This is a straightforward administrative role. You do not need to be an experienced recruiter. Responsibilities Conduct short introductory calls Explain the role using our existing script and training Help accepted candidates complete the onboarding process Keep the applicant pipeline organised Provide simple updates to our English-speaking management team Requirements Native or fluent Spanish Good conversational English Organised and reliable Comfortable speaking with applicants on video calls Able to follow scripts and processes Previous virtual-assistant, customer-service or administrative experience is helpful Experience using CRM systems is preferred, but it is not essential if you are confident learning a new platform.
