Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote We are looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound sales efforts. This role is focused on identifying prospects, reaching out to potential customers, and helping generate qualified sales opportunities for our team. Responsibilities: Research and identify potential customers and decision-makers Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone Follow up with prospects and nurture conversations Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team Maintain accurate prospecting and outreach records Meet weekly outreach and appointment-setting goals What We're Looking For: Strong written and spoken English Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business professionals Previous SDR, appointment-setting, lead generation, or B2B sales experience preferred Organized, dependable, and able to work independently Comfortable using CRM, email, LinkedIn, and sales prospecting tools Persistent and professional when following up with prospects Compensation: $4–$7/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
