We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Associate to join our remote team and help convert inbound leads into customers. What You'll Do • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and guide them through the enrollment process. • Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email. • Maintain accurate customer records and notes within our CRM system. • Manage leads throughout the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up. • Process customer onboarding information accurately and efficiently. • Communicate with team members regarding lead status and customer needs. • Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals. • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. What We're Looking For • Previous sales, customer service, call center, or lead conversion experience preferred. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and overcoming objections. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience using CRM software is a plus. • Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented. Requirements • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during standard business hours. • Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection. • Quiet, distraction-free workspace. • Ability to follow company processes and sales scripts while maintaining a natural conversation.
