Remote Sales Rep / Appointment Setter — Uncapped Commission, Leads + Dialer Provided

We're an AI automation agency growing fast, and we need reps who can get business owners on the phone and book the meeting. DRS Automation Group helps local businesses stop losing money by putting AI to work for them: receptionists that never miss a call, websites that actually get found, automations that save hours. The product sells itself once an owner is on the line. Your job is to get them on the line. What you'll do: - Cold call local business owners from leads we load for you (real businesses, owner-direct numbers) - Run our simple, proven pitch, handle basic objections, and book qualified meetings - Log your calls in our in-house CRM (clean, fast, built for this) - Own your day: dial, book, earn What we give you: - Pre-loaded, skip-traced leads with owner-direct cell numbers - A browser-based dialer built right into our CRM (no extra software to buy) - Scripts, training, and a playbook that already works - Fully remote, flexible hours How you're paid (performance-based, uncapped): - $10 per 100 calls dialed (you earn while you ramp, not just on closes) - $25 per qualified meeting booked - 20% of the setup fee on every deal you close - $1,000 bonus for every 5 deals closed - No cap. Your best month is up to you.
