## Subcontractor Specialist (Remote) ### Fast-Growing U.S. Remodeling Company | Long-Term Opportunity Most remote jobs keep you small. This one doesn’t. We’re building a serious residential remodeling operation across multiple U.S. markets, and we’re looking for someone who wants to become a key operator inside the company — not just another task-based assistant. This role is for someone organized, resourceful, fast-moving, and highly communicative who thrives on ownership and problem-solving. You’ll help us build and manage the subcontractor side of our operation — recruiting installers, coordinating crews, organizing systems, following up constantly, and helping projects move forward behind the scenes. If you naturally take initiative, communicate clearly, and enjoy bringing structure to chaos, you’ll probably feel at home here. This is a remote position with long-term growth potential for the right person. ### What You’ll Be Doing * Recruiting subcontractors/installers across multiple U.S. markets * Managing outreach and follow-up communication * Organizing contractor information and databases * Sending work orders and coordinating signatures/documents * Communicating with crews and helping keep projects moving * Supporting project coordination and operational workflows * Helping improve systems and processes as we scale * Assisting in building strong subcontractor networks ### What We’re Looking For * Strong written and verbal English communication * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Comfortable following up with people consistently * Able to think independently without constant supervision * Resourceful problem-solver who figures things out quickly * Professional but confident communication style * Reliable internet and availability during U.S. business hours * Experience in recruiting, operations, project coordination, construction, or logistics is a plus — but not required if you learn fast ### This Role Is NOT For Someone Who: * Needs to be micromanaged constantly * Disappears when communication gets difficult * Misses details or avoids accountability * Wants repetitive low-responsibility VA work * Struggles with urgency, follow-through, or organization ### Why This Opportunity Is Different We are growing quickly, and the people who prove themselves here earn trust, responsibility, and larger opportunities over time.
