Remote Subject Matter Expert - Financial Operations (Part-Time)

We are hiring experienced Corporate Travel Managers to participate in paid expert sessions focused on corporate travel operations and expense management workflows using Ramp. You will meet remotely with our team for short sessions (typically ~1 hour) where you demonstrate and explain how you manage business travel, employee spend, approvals, reimbursements, and vendor workflows using Ramp and related systems. We are interested in understanding: Corporate travel booking and approval workflows Expense management and reimbursement processes Ramp card and spend management usage Policy enforcement and compliance workflows Travel vendor coordination and reporting Common operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies Cross-functional coordination with finance, operations, and employees This engagement is focused on operational expertise and workflow understanding rather than consulting strategy or software implementation. Ideal Background Current or former Corporate Travel Manager, Travel Operations Manager, Office Manager, Finance Operations Manager, or similar role Hands-on experience using Ramp for corporate travel and expense workflows Familiarity with travel booking tools, reimbursement systems, and employee spend management Experience managing travel policies, approvals, and reporting at growing companies Comfortable walking through workflows live over Zoom Engagement Details Remote and flexible scheduling Most sessions are approximately 1 hour Paid consulting engagement Compensation varies based on experience and workflow expertise About Us We work with AI and technology teams building next-generation workflow automation and operational intelligence systems.
