Remote *Technical Factory assistant

Duggal Visual Solutions is a U.S.-based company with over 60 years of experience in large-format printing, visual displays, and OEM manufacturing. We work closely with factories across China to deliver production, packaging, and logistics solutions for our global clients. Assistant Technical Engineers to serve as the bridge between our U.S. headquarters and our China manufacturing partners remotely. What You Will Do 1. Interpret and coordinate my factory visits, on-site meetings, and video calls between Chinese suppliers and our U.S. team 2. Translate technical documents, product specs, and quality reports between English and Mandarin 3. Monitor and support the full production process including prototyping, quality control, packaging, and shipping 4. Track international shipments and handle customs clearance issues 5. Work with freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery 7.Assist in supplier negotiations on pricing, lead times, and terms Requirements 1. Must have direct view manufacturing experience, including hands-on knowledge of TOLED, OLED, and LCD technologies Proof required: Employment records or reference letters confirming direct involvement in display manufacturing 2. Fluent in English — reading, writing, listening, and speaking Proof required: IELTS 6.5+, TOEFL 90+, CET-6 certificate, or equivalent 3. Minimum 2 years of experience in international trade, procurement, supply chain, or freight logistics, with ability to independently handle shipping and customs issues Proof required: Employment verification letter from previous employer stating role and responsibilities 4. Strong personal integrity and professional ethics. Any involvement in commission-based activities, kickbacks, or conflicts of interest is strictly prohibited A signed integrity declaration will be required before onboarding Preferred Qualifications 1. Background in engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain 2. Experience working with U.S. or Western companies in a China manufacturing environment 3. Familiarity with large-format printing or consumer goods production
