Summary

I am looking for a remote telecom freelancer with specific experience setting up a FortiVoice PBX system. Please note: I am NOT looking for a general FortiGate firewall configuration. I need a telephony expert who understands FortiVoice administration. Scope of Work: Perform remote initial configuration of the FortiVoice system. Set up inbound/outbound call routing and integrate our SIP trunk provider. Configure [number] user extensions, ring groups, and basic digital receptionist (IVR) menus. Assist with provisioning phone endpoints/firmware profiles remotely. Requirements: Proven experience deploying FortiVoice systems (virtual or physical appliances). Deep understanding of SIP protocols, dial plans, and voice network requirements. Fortinet certification (specifically legacy NSE 6 FortiVoice or equivalent UC experience) is highly preferred.
