Remote Weekend Sales Representative (Part-Time)

We're looking for a remote Sales Representative who is competitive, driven, and obsessed with following up until the deal is closed. This is not a customer service position. We're looking for someone who knows how to build urgency, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale. Position Details 100% Remote Part-Time Required Weekend Schedule: Saturday: 4 hours Sunday: 4 hours Opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and live chats Respond quickly to new leads Provide quotes using our proven sales process Follow up with warm leads and previous inquiries Re-engage older leads that never booked Overcome objections and confidently close sales Keep accurate notes and update our CRM Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through booking What Success Looks Like Our sales team is measured by results. The ideal candidate consistently: Closes 5 or more sales per shift Responds rapidly to every lead Follows up relentlessly until every opportunity is won or lost Maintains accurate CRM records Creates an outstanding customer experience We're Looking For Someone Who Loves sales and enjoys winning Has previous inside sales or high-volume phone sales experience Can confidently ask for the sale Is comfortable handling multiple conversations simultaneously Is highly organized and excellent at follow-up Learns technology quickly Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills Has a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace Dual monitors are strongly preferred Why Join Two Sisters Maid to Clean?
