We ensure the safe, efficient, and comfortable air travel of pets worldwide. We are seeking a hands-on, accurate, clever, and energetic Virtual Assistant & Planner to become the backbone of our daily operations. Your Role & Responsibilities As our central Operations Assistant, you will own the planning process from start to finish. Logistics & Route Planning: Create efficient, logical, and cost-effective travel routes for our couriers. This includes booking flights, arranging hotel accommodations, and triple-checking travel itineraries with absolute accuracy. Central Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, breeders, and couriers. You will independently gather information to build smooth schedules and provide real-time updates to all parties. Client & Partner Relations: Deliver friendly, service-oriented support to customers and breeders while maintaining the assertiveness needed to keep logistics on track. Office Administration: Handle basic financial and admin tasks, including calculating costs, managing basic Excel sheets, and issuing invoices.What We Are Looking ForLanguage Proficiency: Native Russian speaker with fluent, high-level spoken and written English. Proactive Mindset: A motivated self-starter with excellent common sense. You solve problems independently and drive projects to completion without needing constant supervision.High Attention to Detail: Precise, methodical, and dedicated to double-checking work—critical when managing live animal travel logistics. Empathy & Composure: Ability to put yourself in the shoes of both the traveling courier and the pet owner to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience.
