Part-Time HR & Employee Relations Representative (Remote) Small family-owned construction and restoration company seeking an experienced HR professional to assist with hiring, onboarding, employee relations, policy guidance, and basic HR compliance. Responsibilities: • Recruiting and hiring support • Employee onboarding and documentation • HR policy and handbook guidance • Employee relations and conflict resolution • Performance documentation assistance • Basic compliance and recordkeeping Requirements: • Previous HR experience required • Strong communication and organizational skills • Experience supporting small businesses preferred • Ability to work independently • U.S. employment law knowledge a plus Flexible hours based on workload.
