Request for a relationship data base and dashboard

Work description Seeking data model expert to design an Excel data base using a "hierarchical" (one-to-many) relational workbook structure. The workbook will serve as a central data base. Intent is to be able to select master level detail info (property address or property name) and then select any needed specific (property) sub-detail about the property, and then the dashboard auto populates output results as concise dashboard. Below is scope of work outline. Please let me know any questions as would helpful to determine if this is a fit. Scope of work: 1. Master property table (i.e., about 6 properties) 2. Related sub-detail tables for each property (i.e., with each of the "unique" 6 properties this level of data shows property with various sub-table detail) Important: All detail tables must contain a common unique ID (i.e., Property ID) 3. Dashboard Requirements 4. Data Base Maintenance Feature Deliverables: 1. Relational workbook structure with master table and supporting detail tables. 2. Standardized data input sheets. 3. Dashboard/search interface. 4. Dynamic formulas and lookup functionality (e.g., XLOOKUP, FILTER, INDEX/MATCH, dynamic arrays, named ranges as appropriate). 5. User tab describing workbook structure, standard user steps, and maintenance procedures for adding property updates, new master table properties and sub-table info.
