Research and list building for commercial real estate database

I am looking for a research / data entry specialist to assist with building a contact database. This is a long-term, weekly role focused on the commercial real estate sector in the province of Quebec in Canada. Weekly Tasks: Professional Outreach Discovery: Identify real estate decision-makers at various companies and find their verified phone numbers and email addresses (250 contacts per week). Property Ownership Research: Find landlord information and verified phone numbers and email addresses for property addresses (100 contacts per week). Requirements: -Must have a solid understanding of the dynamics of the CRE industry and how quality contacts are measured for franchises, chains, diverse types of business industries, etc. -Accuracy is the most important priority. Data must be verified and correct. -Attention to detail: Must be able to follow the instructions provided to you. -Reliability: This is a consistent weekly workload. -Experience: Must have experience finding accurate data for CRE landlords and CRE tenants.
