Custom Luxury Home Concept I'm seeking an experienced residential architect or architectural designer to develop a custom luxury home concept for a unique infill lot in Portland, Oregon. This is a **design and schematic planning project**, not a construction document set. I'm looking for a creative designer who enjoys solving complex site challenges while creating a beautiful, highly marketable home. The final design will later be completed by a licensed Oregon architect for permitting and construction documents. ## Project Scope Design a contemporary Northwest home approximately **3800-4,200 square feet** featuring: * Three levels with a daylight basement * Open-concept living spaces * Luxury kitchen and primary suite * Functional, efficient floor plan * Strong curb appeal * Practical and cost-conscious construction ## Site Challenges The design must respond to a constrained site with: * Sloping topography * Flag lot configuration * Limited building footprint * Environmental and zoning constraints * Opportunities to maximize natural light and views ## Design Direction I will provide: * Exterior inspiration images * A conceptual exterior rendering * A sample floor plan for inspiration Your objective is to create an original design that captures the character of the inspiration while thoughtfully adapting it to the site's constraints. ## Deliverables * Floor plans * Exterior elevations * Roof plan * Basic 3D model and/or rendered perspectives Construction documents are **not** required. ## Proposal Requirements Please include: * Examples of similar custom residential projects * Software you use (Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) * Estimated project timeline * Your fixed-price proposal * Number of revisions included **Successful completion of this project may lead to additional custom residential design opportunities.**
