Residential Assisted Living Plans

I am building a collection of residential assisted living facilities on my property that will start with 4 layouts. The residences can house up to 8 residents and 1 care taker. The residential units can not appear to be commercial in nature and must resemble a home or residents perhaps like a lodge. The residential homes can have some of the 8 residents sharing a bedroom 2 per bedroom or can have suites at 1 per bed room. Suite type bedrooms will need small kitchenette or wet bar doubling as such and perhaps shared bedroom as well. Bathrooms will need to be 1 per suite and shared per (2) double bedroom. Also a care takers quarters as a larger bedroom or apartment. There will need to be a common living area, kitchen, dining, study/library, coffee bar, outdoor living, porches, etc, Also outdoor fire pit, sitting area, amenities etc. The homes will need to be somewhat luxury and I need several different floor plans deciding on 3-4 for final that will be replicated on the property. Amenities will be as instructed. Houses will have to have sprinkler and at least I ADA bathroom.
