Residential Building Designer/Drafter Needed

I’m looking for an experienced residential building designer/drafter to create a complete permit-ready plan set for a custom single-story home in New Smyrna Beach, Volusia County, Florida. Project details: 1,000–1,200 sq ft single-family home Single story Simple design with a larger number of windows Goal is to keep the design within the Florida Residential Code prescriptive path whenever possible I need a complete drawing package suitable for county permitting, including: Floor plan Foundation plan Roof plan Elevations Building sections/details Door and window schedule Construction notes Energy calculations Experience with Florida residential permitting is strongly preferred. Please provide examples of similar permit sets you have completed and let me know if you have worked with Volusia County or other Florida jurisdictions. Please also confirm: Whether you design using the Florida prescriptive code path when possible Whether revisions for permit comments are included Your estimated timeline and cost I am looking for someone who creates actual permit/construction drawings, not just conceptual layouts or renderings.
