Residential Concrete Company Scheduler

**Job Title: Customer Service / Scheduling Assistant for Concrete Repair Company** Concrete Fixers is looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented customer service assistant to help answer incoming calls, communicate with customers, and schedule appointments for our Project Consultants. We are a concrete repair and replacement company that helps homeowners with services such as concrete leveling, crack repair, overlays, resurfacing, driveway replacement, patios, pool decks, sidewalks, and other concrete-related projects. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Answer incoming customer phone calls during scheduled work hours * Speak clearly and professionally with homeowners * Gather basic project information from customers * Book appointments for our Project Consultants * Enter customer information accurately into our system * Follow our call scripts and scheduling process * Help customers feel confident, heard, and taken care of * Communicate with our internal team when needed * Potentially help with follow-up calls, appointment confirmations, and basic customer service tasks **Schedule:** * Monday through Friday * Normal working hours will generally be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time * Potential rotating Saturday shifts may be required * Schedule may be based around meetings, call volume, and team needs **Important Requirements:** * Excellent spoken English * Clear, easy-to-understand voice for phone calls with U.S.-based customers * Strong customer service skills * Reliable internet connection * Quiet work environment for phone calls * Organized and detail-oriented * Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and call scripts * Able to follow instructions and communicate consistently with the team **To Apply:** Please send a short voice recording with your application.
