Seeking a residential draftsperson with experience in Pima County, Arizona, for a home addition and remodel of an adobe home built in 1977. Candidates must have skills in architectural drafting and AutoCAD or Revit, and be familiar with permitting, local building codes and regulations. Deliverables will include permit ready construction documents. Project scope includes: * Two new bedrooms * Window reconfiguration including resized window openings * Great Room reconfiguration demanding coordination with a structural engineer to open a load-bearing wall between the existing kitchen and living room. Partial drawings exist, including floor plans and elevations based on drawings produced by the homeowner in an iPhone app called MagicPlan. Availability to move project to the finish line quickly is a top priority.
