Looking for an electrical engineer to put together plans for a residential house in Los Angeles. 1250 SF. 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, one study. Looking for a short turnaround and mainly to map existing electrical, for which markups will be provided. CA Stamp is preferred, not required as this is a bid set. At minimum understanding of building and electrical codes.
