Residential Revit Modeler for Matterport Scan-to-BIM As-Builts

I am a licensed residential architect based in Southern California seeking an experienced and dependable Revit modeler for ongoing project-based work. The initial assignments will focus on creating accurate residential existing-condition Revit models from Matterport Pro3 scans. I expect to provide a Matterport digital twin link, MatterPak point-cloud export, photographs, field notes, and supplemental control dimensions as needed. All work must be completed directly in my provided Revit template and follow my office standards for modeling, naming, view organization, graphics, families, and quality control. I will provide a standards PDF explaining the required deliverables in more detail. Initial modeling scope may include: Exterior and interior walls Floors and ceilings Roofs Doors and windows Stairs and railings Kitchen and bathroom cabinetry Plumbing fixtures Major appliances Decks, patios, and relevant exterior elements Levels, rooms, and basic existing-condition views The projects are residential additions, remodels, ADUs, and custom homes located in Southern California. I am looking for a freelancer who can become a consistent long-term production partner. I have multiple upcoming projects, and the role may expand to include schematic design modeling, Enscape-ready modeling, design development, permit drawing sets, consultant coordination, and plan-check revisions. Required experience: Strong architectural Revit modeling skills Residential existing-condition or Scan-to-BIM experience Experience working from Matterport, XYZ, RCP, RCS, E57, or other point-cloud data Ability to work directly in a client-provided Revit template Clean use of native Revit elements and families Strong attention to levels, constraints, dimensions, joins, and file organization Clear written English communication Ability to identify unclear conditions and ask questions rather than make unsupported assumptions Reliable computer, internet connection, and file-backup practices Preferred experience: U.S. residential construction documents Remodels, additions, ADUs, and permit sets Enscape Revit phases and demolition workflows Southern California residential construction Please include the following with your proposal: Two or three examples of residential Revit projects you personally modeled. Screenshots of both the Revit model and corresponding drawing sheets. A brief explanation of your role on each project. Your experience working from Matterport or point-cloud files. The Revit versions you currently use. Your hourly rate and typical project-based pricing. Your current weekly availability. Your location and available overlap with Pacific Time. Your computer specifications, including RAM and graphics card. Confirmation that you are willing to complete a paid test assignment. The initial engagement will begin with a limited paid test and one residential as-built project. Continued work will be offered based on accuracy, Revit quality, communication, reliability, and compliance with the provided template and standards. For the first project, I expect the work to be hourly with an agreed maximum number of hours before additional authorization is required.
