Resume and Cover Letter Editing

I'm running an active job search and applying to several roles a week. I need help with velocity, not with strategy. For each application I supply three things: a master resume and cover letter in Word, a marked-up copy showing exactly which changes to make, and the job description. Your job is to apply those changes accurately and tailor the cover letter to the role. This is not a resume rebuild and not a rewrite. The thinking is already done. A typical job is 10 to 12 specific marked changes to the resume, plus a cover letter that keeps a fixed structure with the bullet content tailored to the advertisement. Around 60 to 90 minutes. What I care about most is accuracy. My resume is deliberately precise and every claim in it gets tested in an interview. I need someone who applies what's marked, leaves alone what isn't, and flags anything that looks weak rather than strengthening it. If you're used to being hired to make claims land harder, this is the opposite job, and I'd rather you know that before applying. How it works: - Files supplied in a shared cloud folder, one folder per role - Work directly in the supplied .docx. Do not rebuild, restyle, regenerate or convert it. Existing styles, fonts and margins stay - Return one .docx plus a short change log - 24-hour turnaround from when you confirm you've started I'm starting with a single role as a paid test. If it goes well this becomes regular work at the same format and the same turnaround. I'd much rather have one person who learns my documents than brief someone new every time. Australian English.
