Retail Analytics Consultant | Power BI, Microsoft Fabric & SQL Data Modelling Expert

We are looking for an experienced Retail Analytics Consultant to help improve and scale our analytics ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail data, Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, semantic modelling, and data pipeline optimization. You will work with data from multiple sources including POS systems, inventory databases, and CRM platforms to create reliable, high-performance reporting and analytics solutions. Responsibilities: Audit and optimize existing data models and reporting architecture Consolidate and structure data from POS, inventory, CRM, and other retail systems Design and optimize SQL queries, ETL/ELT pipelines, and semantic models Build and improve Power BI dashboards for business stakeholders Ensure dashboard performance, scalability, and data accuracy Deliver insights on sales, inventory, profitability, and customer behaviour Required Skills: Strong experience with Power BI Expertise in SQL and data modelling Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric Experience building semantic models and analytics solutions Retail analytics and reporting experience Understanding of data warehousing and pipeline optimization
