Retail Brand Experience Designer (Environmental Graphics / Wayfinding)

We’re assembling a team for a large-scale retail branding initiative and are looking for an experienced designer with a background in retail environments, environmental graphics, wayfinding, and in-store brand implementation. This is not a traditional logo or marketing design role. We’re looking for someone who has experience translating a brand into a physical retail environment, including things like: * Store signage systems * Wayfinding * Department/category signage * Window graphics * Promotional displays * Shelf communication * QR code and digital touchpoint integration * In-store messaging systems * Environmental graphics * Brand standards for physical spaces * Retail customer journeys Ideal backgrounds include: * Grocery * Retail * Big box retail * CPG brands * Hospitality * Museums * Airports * Experiential design * Environmental graphic design (EGD) We’re particularly interested in candidates who have worked with: * Grocery stores * Food retail * Consumer retail brands * Multi-location retail systems When applying, please include: 1.
