Compensation • Base Salary: $800 USD per month • Performance Commission: Earn an additional $40–$230 USD per week by achieving team sales targets and KPIs. • Excellent opportunities for career growth and increased earnings based on performance. Key Responsibilities • Lead, motivate, and coach a retail sales team to achieve sales goals. • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. • Train and develop team members to improve closing rates and customer satisfaction. • Deliver an outstanding customer experience. • Track KPIs, sales reports, and overall team performance. • Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally. • Ensure company policies and operational standards are followed. • Support inventory accuracy and day-to-day store operations. • Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer experience.
