Retell AI Expert — Build Outbound B2B Voice Agent + Batch Campaign

We're hiring a Retell AI implementer for a tightly-scoped, fixed-price outbound build. The design work is done — you build, test, and hand off. THE PROJECT Outbound disposition agent for a B2B medical equipment service company. ~3,000 prospects across CA/NV/AZ, 30-day calling campaign. Calls run under 90 seconds: confirm equipment on site, capture a service date and a decision-maker email, log structured dispositions. No selling, no booking, no PHI. WHAT YOU RECEIVE A complete build package: verbatim agent script with branch logic and edge-case playbook, structured data contract (JSON), Postgres schema (Supabase), and a QA rubric with acceptance gates. Shared with shortlisted candidates. SCOPE - Retell agent + conversation flow from the provided script (pinned disclosure opener, function-call data capture) - Batch outbound campaign: timezone-aware calling windows, retry matrix, AMD with final-attempt voicemail, DNC enforcement - Number provisioning + caller-ID/reputation setup (4 regional DIDs) - Webhook → Supabase per provided schema (serverless only — no infrastructure we must maintain post-handoff) - Support through 25 internal test calls, then a 50-call supervised pilot - Handoff runbook + 2 weeks post-launch tuning TERMS Fixed price, milestone payments (30/30/40: config complete / test calls pass / pilot acceptance). All accounts and credentials client-owned. Launch is gated on our attorney's sign-off. Some US Pacific business-hours overlap required during pilot week. YOUR PROPOSAL MUST INCLUDE 1.
