I run Tangle Ventures. We build complete operating companies for clients who keep 100% ownership. A growing share of our pipeline is people funding builds with retirement money — ROBS, SDIRA, rollovers. We're building a partner channel with financial advisors and need someone from inside the industry to help us do it right. The work: Help us structure a partnership program advisors will actually say yes to. Pressure-test our advisor one-pager. Tell us what compliance walls exist at LPL, Raymond James, indie RIAs and how to route around them. Intro conversations where it makes sense. Who this fits: You're a CFP, RIA, or registered rep. You have clients who ask about buying a business or income outside the market. You know what your BD will and won't let you do. Paid hourly or fixed for the consulting work. If it turns into a longer arrangement, we structure that properly through your compliance. 10-15 hrs to start. Remote. Screening questions: What's your licensing setup (RIA, BD-affiliated, which one)? What do you currently tell a client who wants to buy a business with rollover money? Have you worked with ROBS or SDIRA structures before?
