Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Implementation Specialist

Seeking an experienced RCM Implementation Specialist to support healthcare revenue cycle operations, contract builds, and claims lifecycle management. This role focuses on ensuring accurate reimbursement through contract configuration, claims analysis, and validation of payer payments. Key Responsibilities: Build and configure payer contracts within revenue cycle systems Analyze claims to ensure proper reimbursement and identify payment discrepancies, commercial, medicaid, medicare contracts etc. Determine allowable amounts and validate contract payment accuracy Support end-to-end claims processing, including follow-up and resolution of issues Develop client-facing reports, scripts, and documentation explaining contract performance and findings Collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize revenue cycle workflows and system implementation Qualifications: Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or payer contracting Strong understanding of claims processing, reimbursement methodologies, and allowable calculations Ability to translate complex contract rules into system logic and reporting outputs Analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability Experience creating client-ready documentation or scripts is a plus Role Focus: Ensure clients are receiving accurate reimbursement by validating contract terms, analyzing claims data, and supporting implementation of revenue cycle systems and rules.
