# Revenue Marketing Operator — Founder-Led Offers, Funnels & Content Execution ## Summary We are building and launching several offers in the barndominium, metal building, and residential construction space. This is not a traditional marketing strategy role. This is not for an agency. This is not for someone who only runs paid ads. This is for a practical, revenue-focused marketing operator who can take ideas from a founder, turn them into clear offers, build simple funnels, improve landing pages, create or repurpose content, and help generate leads, consultation calls, and sales quickly. We are a founder-led, early-stage business with real offers, real leads, and strong market opportunity. What we need now is execution. ## Current Offers You Would Help Market You would help us create traction and revenue around offers such as: * A free barndominium estimator * A paid feasibility / conceptual project report * A free 3D metal building designer that leads to quote requests * Related metal building and barndominium services The goal is simple: Turn attention into leads. Turn leads into conversations. Turn conversations into revenue. ## What You Will Own You will help execute marketing across: ### Offer Positioning * Clarify the value of each offer * Improve messaging so prospects understand why they should take action * Help determine which offer should be promoted first based on speed to revenue * Turn founder ideas into practical campaign concepts ### Landing Pages & Funnels * Improve landing page structure, headlines, calls-to-action, and conversion flow * Help build or revise simple funnel paths * Identify where prospects are dropping off * Recommend and implement practical conversion improvements ### Content Creation & Repurposing * Take founder ideas, raw videos, notes, existing assets, and service concepts and turn them into usable marketing content * Create or coordinate short-form content, social posts, captions, emails, and lead-generation content * Repurpose one idea into multiple assets across different platforms * Help create a repeatable content system ### Lead Generation * Develop practical lead-generation campaigns * Help drive traffic from social media, Facebook groups, online communities, email, and direct outreach opportunities * Identify scrappy ways to get more qualified prospects into the funnel * Help generate consultation calls and quote requests ### Group & Community Marketing * Create a strategy for posting and engaging in relevant Facebook groups, communities, and niche audiences * Help develop posts that educate, create discussion, and drive traffic without feeling spammy * Coordinate with lower-level execution help if needed for posting, engagement, and distribution ### Follow-Up Flow * Help improve email/SMS follow-up after someone submits a form, uses a tool, downloads a resource, or requests information * Create practical nurture sequences that move prospects toward a call, report purchase, or quote request * Help us convert existing warm leads faster ### Execution & Coordination * Take direction from the founder and turn it into action * Create weekly execution plans * Work with our COO, automation architect, marketing assistant, and contractors as needed * Keep marketing projects moving without requiring constant follow-up ## What Success Looks Like In the first 30–60 days, success means: * Clearer offer positioning * Better landing pages * More leads entering the funnel * More follow-up happening automatically * More consultation calls booked * More feasibility/report sales * More quote requests * Faster movement from idea to campaign launch We are not looking for vanity metrics. We are looking for practical marketing execution that helps generate revenue. ## Who This Role Is For You are a strong fit if: * You are an executor, not just a strategist * You can work in a messy founder-led business * You are comfortable with ambiguity * You can take a rough idea and turn it into a campaign * You understand landing pages, funnels, copywriting, content, and follow-up * You can prioritize what will generate revenue fastest * You are comfortable using AI tools to move faster * You are proactive and do not wait for step-by-step instructions * You communicate clearly and give direct recommendations ## Who This Role Is NOT For This is not a fit if: * You only want to run paid ads * You are an agency trying to sell a package * You only create strategy decks * You need everything clearly defined before starting * You avoid hands-on execution * You are not comfortable writing copy, improving offers, or building simple funnels * You are juggling too many clients to move fast * You need a large team or large ad budget to be effective ## Required Skills You should have real experience with: * Direct-response marketing * Landing page improvement * Offer positioning * Funnel strategy and execution * Lead generation * Email and SMS follow-up * Social media content repurposing * Facebook group or community marketing * Conversion-focused copywriting * CRM or marketing automation tools * AI-assisted marketing workflows ## Bonus Experience Bonus if you have experience with: * Homebuilding * Construction * Real estate * Home services * Design-build businesses * SaaS tools * Online calculators, estimators, or lead magnets * GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, ClickFunnels, WordPress, Webflow, or similar tools ## Work Style This is a part-time contract role to start. We are open to hourly or a monthly retainer depending on experience. The right person may grow into a larger role.
