AI Revenue Operations Specialist (AI-First B2B Lead Generation) About the Role We are seeking an AI-first Revenue Operations Specialist to help build and scale our B2B lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who already uses AI daily to improve research, prospecting, outreach, and operational efficiency. This is an initial paid project with the opportunity to transition into an ongoing role for the right candidate. Initial Engagement * Fixed-scope project (approximately 20 hours) * Budget: Up to $16/hour, based on experience * Opportunity for ongoing work (20–40+ hours per week) Responsibilities * AI-powered B2B prospect research * Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) development * Data enrichment and validation * Prospect database creation and management * LinkedIn outreach campaigns * Cold email campaign execution * Appointment generation * CRM management and maintenance * Campaign reporting and KPI tracking * Campaign optimization * Revenue Operations support Required AI Experience Candidates must already be proficient with AI and use it daily, including: * ChatGPT * Claude * Gemini * Perplexity * NotebookLM * AI prompt engineering * AI-powered research * AI-assisted writing * AI workflow automation We are looking for professionals who already work in an AI-first environment—not candidates who are just beginning to learn AI. We welcome your ideas, recommendations, and preferred processes, provided they are well-structured, data-driven, and aligned with our business objectives. Preferred Experience Experience with the following tools is highly preferred: * LinkedIn Sales Navigator * Apollo.io * Clay * Instantly * HubSpot (or similar CRM) * Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is: * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Data-driven and analytical * Comfortable working independently * Experienced in Revenue Operations and B2B lead generation * Proactive, responsive, and deadline-driven * Able to communicate clearly during U.S. Eastern Time business hours when needed Interview Process Qualified candidates will participate in an interview designed to evaluate: * AI proficiency * Revenue Operations experience * B2B lead generation strategy * Problem-solving ability * Communication skills Candidates selected for the next stage will be asked to prepare a proposal outlining their recommended lead generation strategy, expected deliverables, timeline, milestones, and realistic performance expectations, including an estimated range of qualified responses and booked meetings.
