Reverse Recruiter / Job Application Assistant / Technical Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced **Reverse Recruiter / Job Application Assistant** to support a job search in the IT and Technology sector. ### Responsibilities * Search for relevant job opportunities based on specified criteria * Customize resumes and cover letters to match job descriptions * Submit job applications daily on various job boards and company websites * Track applications and interview status in a spreadsheet * Identify remote opportunities * Research target companies and hiring managers * Assist with LinkedIn profile optimization and networking outreach ### Requirements * Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or reverse recruiting * Strong understanding of IT and technology roles * Excellent attention to detail * Strong written English communication skills * Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, and other job platforms * Ability to tailor resumes to specific job requirements ### Preferred Experience * QA Engineer, Test Manager, GRC, Cybersecurity, * ATS optimization and keyword matching * LinkedIn job search and recruiter outreach ### To Apply Please include: 1.
