Reverse Recruiter for B2B SaaS Marketing Roles

Job Description: I’m looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented job search and application assistant to support my search for senior-level opportunities in B2B SaaS. This is an hourly contract role. You will be helping identify, review, and apply to a high volume of relevant roles on my behalf, including outreach to recruiters and support with job application tracking. The focus is on roles such as: • Senior Performance Marketing Manager • Senior Growth Marketing Manager • Head of Growth • Other similar B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, and digital marketing leadership roles You must have fluent written and spoken English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work carefully and consistently across a large volume of applications. What You’ll Be Doing • Search for relevant B2B SaaS marketing roles across Upwork and other recruiter/job sources • Help apply to a high volume of opportunities and recruiter postings on my behalf • Identify strong-fit roles based on title, company type, seniority, and relevance • Review job applications before submission for spelling, grammar, clarity, and fit • Support light rewriting and polishing of application responses where needed • Maintain and regularly update a job application tracker/spreadsheet • Review opportunities and application materials curated by an AI agent • Check AI-generated content for quality, spelling, accuracy, and professionalism before it is submitted • Ensure submissions are organized, accurate, and aligned with the target roles Target Role Types: You will primarily be helping me pursue positions such as: • Senior Performance Marketing Manager • Senior Growth Marketing Manager • Head of Growth • Demand Generation Manager / Senior Demand Gen roles • Growth Lead / Growth Marketing Lead • Related B2B SaaS marketing and acquisition leadership positions Requirements: • Fluent written and spoken English • Strong attention to detail • Experience with job searching, recruiter outreach, virtual assistance, or online application Support: • Comfortable working inside spreadsheets and trackers • Able to review and lightly edit written content before submission • Organized, reliable, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy • Good judgment when evaluating job relevance and quality Nice to Have: • Familiarity with B2B SaaS • Experience supporting job applications for marketing or growth roles • Experience with recruiter outreach • Comfort reviewing AI-assisted drafts and improving them for clarity and correctness Compensation: • $4-6/hour • Ongoing hourly project • Potential for consistent work based on quality and reliability To Apply Please include: 1.
