Revit 2026 Draftsperson Needed | Light Commercial Renovation Construction Set

We are looking for an experienced Revit draftsperson / architectural designer to develop a complete construction drawing set for a light commercial space renovation. An existing Revit 2026 model/file will be provided. The work involves updating the model, making required renovation modifications, and producing a detailed builder-ready drawing package with the information needed for a contractor to price, coordinate, and build the space. The freelancer will be responsible for: -Reviewing the existing Revit model and project scope -Updating/modifying the model based on renovation requirements -Creating a complete construction set for contractor use -Floor plans, demolition plans, proposed plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, and life safety/code plans as needed -Interior elevations, building sections, wall sections, and enlarged plans where required -Wall types, partition tags, wall assemblies, and wall type details -Construction details for partitions, ceilings, soffits, millwork, doors, openings, transitions, and typical build-out conditions -Door/window schedules, finish schedules, room finish information, and relevant legends -Dimensions, tags, keynotes, general notes, and construction annotations -Coordination of architectural drawings with visible/existing MEP conditions where applicable -Sheet setup, drawing index, title blocks, view organization, and PDF export Deliverables Final deliverables should include: -Updated Revit 2026 model -Complete PDF construction drawing set -Wall type schedule and wall details -Typical construction details needed for the build-out -Door, finish, and room schedules as needed -DWG exports if requested -Notes for assumptions, unclear conditions, or missing information Please apply with: -Examples of previous commercial or light commercial construction sets -Experience producing contractor-ready drawings in Revit -Ability to create wall types, details, schedules, and build-out documentation -Confirmation that you can work in Revit 2026 We are looking for someone who understands how to turn an existing Revit model into a clear, detailed construction set that a contractor can actually build from.
