Revit Expert Needed to Convert DWG Files into Revit Model and IFC Format

Scope of Work Review and import six provided DWG files. Create a coordinated 3D building model in Autodesk Revit. Correctly align plans, elevations, sections, and other available drawings. Model the relevant architectural elements, including walls, floors, roofs, windows, doors, and stairs. Check the model for geometry errors and inconsistencies. Deliver the completed Revit project in .rvt format. Export and deliver the final model in .ifc format. Ensure that the IFC file can be opened correctly in common BIM software. Required Experience Strong experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM modelling. Experience converting 2D DWG drawings into 3D Revit models. Good knowledge of IFC export settings and model coordination. Ability to work accurately with dimensions, levels, and building geometry. Experience with architectural or building-energy models is an advantage. Deliverables Complete and editable Revit project file. Exported IFC model. All required Revit families used in the project. Brief confirmation of the Revit and IFC versions used. Model free from major warnings, duplicated elements, and alignment errors.
