SAP Functional Consultant – OTC / REFX / Lease Management Position Summary Manage Order-to-Cash (OTC), REFX, and lease management processes with strong focus on integrations and revenue systems. Experience 8–12 years Key Responsibilities * Design and support Order-to-Cash (OTC) workflows * Configure and manage SAP REFX (Real Estate Management) * Handle Lease Accounting (Ind AS 116 / IFRS 16 compliance) * Integrate SAP with external systems (Aero Billing, Revenue systems, Lease engines) * Support revenue recognition and billing cycles * Ensure seamless S/4 HANA integration across business applications Qualification * Graduate/Postgraduate * Strong experience in OTC + REFX + integrations Common Expectations (All Roles) * Experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation/support environments * Exposure to integration architecture & cross-functional processes * Ability to work in AMS + project delivery model * Strong stakeholder coordination and documentation skills * Experience in large enterprise / multi-entity environments preferred
