**SAP Hybris / Commerce Cloud Expert Consultant**

### Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) professional to provide expert consulting services in connection with litigation involving website pricing and promotional content managed through the SAP Commerce Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in SAP Hybris/Commerce Cloud and be able to analyze platform data, explain system functionality, and provide well-supported professional opinions regarding pricing and promotion management processes. ### Responsibilities The selected consultant will be asked to: * Review and analyze technical documents, system records, and data exports related to SAP Hybris/Commerce Cloud. * Explain the functionality, configuration, and operation of SAP Hybris pricing and promotion systems. * Evaluate how pricing rules, promotional campaigns, and scheduled price changes are typically implemented and managed within the platform. * Assess and interpret platform-generated data, reports, and audit records. * Provide insight into common industry practices and standard operating procedures related to e-commerce pricing and promotions. * Prepare clear, professional written reports summarizing findings, technical explanations, and expert opinions. ### Required Qualifications * Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud. * Strong knowledge of: * Pricing rule configuration and management * Promotion setup and administration * Scheduling future pricing and promotional changes * Data export, reporting, and analysis * SAP Commerce Cloud architecture and administration * Ability to interpret technical documentation and complex system data. * Excellent written communication skills with experience preparing technical reports or expert analyses. * Prior consulting, expert witness, litigation support, forensic analysis, or compliance-related experience is highly preferred but not required. ### Preferred Experience * Experience providing expert opinions, litigation support, or technical consulting in legal matters. * Familiarity with audit trails, system logs, and historical pricing analysis. * Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences. ### Engagement Details This is a consulting engagement that may involve document review, technical analysis, report preparation, and ongoing consultation.
