SAP B1 Specialist - Integrations, Support, On Spot Troubleshooting

Hi, My company is based in the United States, and we are looking for a part-time or full-time SAP Business One (SAP B1) Specialist to provide both Level 1 and Level 2 support. The role would include: • End-user support and troubleshooting • Infrastructure and system optimization • Report creation and maintenance • User management and permissions • SQL query development and data extraction • Power BI reporting and dashboard development • Troubleshooting operational issues and user requests • SAP Business One process improvements and operational enhancements • Identifying underutilized SAP features and recommending ways to improve efficiency and automation We are looking for someone who can proactively help us maximize the value of SAP Business One and continuously improve our workflows and business processes. In addition, we would need you to coordinate directly with SAP developers and third-party consultants for projects that fall outside the scope of standard administration and support, such as custom integrations, add-ons, or application development. Could you tell us more about your support structure? Do you work independently, or do you have a team that handles specialized areas such as development, integrations, infrastructure, reporting, and SAP B1 consulting?
