We are looking for an experienced eLearning developer or agency to create 10 interactive and animated SCORM 2004 packages. Approved course content will be provided. The work will involve instructional design, animations, voice-over, interactive learning activities, quizzes, assessments and responsive HTML5/SCORM output. The final deliverables should include the completed SCORM packages and editable source files.
