Summary

Position Overview The Sales Enablement SDR is responsible for building a predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities for the agency. This role combines outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, CRM management, sales enablement, and AI-powered workflow optimization to help accelerate new business growth. Core Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting Build targeted prospect lists based on ICPs and priority industries. Execute personalized cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calling campaigns. Research companies, decision makers, and buying signals. Generate qualified meetings for the leadership team. Continuously test messaging, subject lines, and outreach strategies. Inbound Lead Qualification Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner. Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline. Schedule discovery calls with qualified opportunities. Route leads to the appropriate strategist or executive. Maintain fast response times and consistent follow-up. Sales Enablement Prepare meeting briefs before sales calls. Customize proposals, presentations, and sales collateral. Organize case studies by industry and service. Assist with RFPs and pitch materials. Keep pricing, capabilities, and sales documents up to date. CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate CRM records. Track every lead through the sales pipeline. Monitor deal stages and follow-up activities. Create weekly pipeline reports. Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
