Montly budget right now is 300 USD plus comission do not apply for the role if you are looking to negotiate. Budget is fixed. Depending on performance salary will increase We need an SDR who can get owners on the phone and book qualified meetings. This is outbound. Plumbers, contractors, salons, clinics, restaurants. You will cold call, message, and email local business owners, find the leak in how they handle leads, and book them for a free audit. No selling websites. You sell money recovered. We are a small, fast moving team. We are early, and we are honest about that. The right person sees that as upside, not risk. You help build the playbook that works, and you grow with us. What you will do: High volume outbound cold calls to local business owners Multi channel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and DMs Research prospects and build clean lists that fit our ideal client Qualify leads and book audits for the closer Follow up consistently until you get a yes or a clear no Log every interaction in our CRM (GoHighLevel) Hit daily and weekly activity and booking targets What you are selling: You learn the angle fast. When a plumber misses one call a day, that is real money walking out the door every month. You run that math back at them on the call. We remove all their risk with a free first month. You sell the mechanism and the no risk trial, not a case study. What we are looking for: 1 plus year in SDR, BDR, cold calling, appointment setting, or telesales Clear, confident spoken and written English Comfortable on high volume calls and good with objections Can do simple ROI math out loud on a call Organized, self motivated, coachable, and target driven Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho, or similar) Nice to have: Sold digital services, SaaS, marketing, or consulting before LinkedIn outreach and social selling Worked with US or international clients Familiar with GoHighLevel or AI lead tools Details: Remote, full time Start: immediately This is an ongoing role, not a one off project If you like the chase, can hold a call when an owner pushes back, and want to be early in something growing, apply.
